TACTICAL CAMP REGISTRATION
Please fill out and submit the following form and submit payment by way of Paypal. Registration must be completed by February 23, 2023.

* Players will receive a Camp t-shirt -- Please make sure you select the right size when registering as there are adult and youth sizes.
* A parent has offered to help with the receiving and distribution of shirts -- which has been my nemesis for years -- which is why we are collecting registrations earlier this year.
* Players will receive a packet with info about the HS/DMS Programs including helpful information for the upcoming season
* Camp will focus a majority of the time to Systems of Play, Formations, Responsibilities of each Position, and Situational Play
** Camp is not a requirement to tryout
** The camp staff will evaluate any player that incurs a head incident - contact with another players head etc. -- and wil be pulled from training that day if he is showing signs or symptoms of a concussion as described in the Concussion Protocol Training provided to every coach employed by the district. A parent may release the player to join camp again at their own discretion.

By registering for camp you are agreeing to hold harmless legally, financially, or otherwise the staff, district, or anyone associated with the camp, district, or facility should a loss or injury occur. You are also giving Coach Ingram, or the Staff Member in Charge, the authority to make decisions regarding my child should and emergency occur.
