PRESEASON


Preseason will begin Monday August 12


All preseason sessions are mandatory. 


The first day of camp will start with the Man United Test followed by the 2 mile test on the second day.


FITNESS TESTS


Goal Keepers will have push-up and plank tests, but no running tests unless they plan on playing the field as well.


The Man United Test is a series of 100 yard sprints in one direction followed by 100 yards jogged back - each 200 yard leg of the test is to be done within a minute


Legs 1 - 10    25 second sprint & 35 second jog back

Leg 11           24 second sprint & 36 second jog

Leg 12           23 second sprint & 37 second jog

Leg 13           22 second sprint & 38 second jog

Leg 14           21 second sprint & 39 second jog

Leg 15            20 second sprint & 40 second jog

Leg 16           19 second sprint & 41 second jog

Leg 17            18 second sprint & 42 second jog

Leg 18            17 second sprint & 43 second jog

Leg 19            16 second sprint & 44 second jog

Legs 20 - 22   15 second sprint & 45 second jog


The 2 Mile test is running 2 miles within 13 minutes and 15 seconds
